We had a great time in Pullman. The room was modern and comfy, the location was superb with lots of things to do outside the hotel, but what makes this hotel is truly outstanding is their stuff. A big shout out to the wonderful girls working in the kids club - Ratih, Pipit and Ayv. Normally my child is never too excited to spend a few hours in kids club but these ladies made a huge difference in the experience. They were so engaged and wonderful that my daughter was actually happy to hang out there with them. They also did beautiful crafts like Balinese offerings and bracelets that my child wanted to participate in. The kids club itself is not big and I was initially hesitant if it would work for us. I was so glad that I decided to go ahead with Pullman because these girls were simply amazing. Another shout out to Ari (restaurant manager ) and Seni. They were always so welcoming and looked after us really well during meal times and took great care of my daughters allergies. Thank you! The kids menu is one of the best I have seen in the hotels in Bali so far with some healthy options not just some Mac and cheese, etc and its also reasonably priced. We can't wait to stay at Pullman again!

nice hotel in busy location. . avoid seafront rooms if you can or you will hear some busyness at nights. we communicated months before to ensure that we could get a garden facing room . the communication did let them down as they could not guarantee it despite us offering to pay more to ensure it. that said friendly staff good service , a nice rooftop bar to view sunsets and nice food. would happily stay again . social thanks to frans for ensuing a quiet room

It shocks me that the Pullman Legian Beach is considered a five star hotel. While it has its positives, the negatives make me question whether it’s worth staying here. But to be fair, let’s start with the good. Positives: Pullman is located directly across the street from the beach. Legian beach is a solid place to hang out and chill if you like beaches. There are a few good restaurants near by and of course Grab has lots of restaurants for delivery to the hotel. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The grounds as well as the huge lobby are maintained well. Negatives: My room was run down. Broken refrigerator door, cracks along the bathroom sink counter, a dirty bath tub the entire time which I wouldn’t use if my life depended on it, faded tiles on the floor throughout, etc. Only one available elevator in my building which created a long wait. Loud construction from 8am and throughout the day and large families with loud kids at night just in case you were worried about having some quiet time. Thank God, or since I’m in Bali, should I say Thank Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva for noise canceling headphones. Not sure which god is in charge of the invention of noise canceling headphones. So overall this hotel is a pass for me. Better value can be found in the area.

Must improve indian breakfast

Have stayed here a few times now and the service is amazing, the rooms are beautiful!! Clean always. Staff always wanting to help and assist you with anything and everything would 100% recommend. Breakfast buffet is amazing as well so much to choose from. Will definitely be back.
